This property is equipped with modern technologies including 2 x 40 inch high definition televisions, DVD players, a Bose Wave Music system and Sony music system. Additional features include Air conditioning units on both levels, ceiling fans, fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, two bathrooms and a 3rd toilet, as well as an auto garage door with internal access.
Sleeps 6 (2 x Queens, 1 x set of King single Bunks).

- Strictly by request and permission only. Please call our office. If making a booking online, please add details (breed & age) in the notes/extra requirements section.
- All dogs must be quiet, well trained & behaved and completely toilet trained
- Dogs are not permitted on the upper level due to being an all carpeted area
- All bedding, feeding, cleaning and any additional items for the dog must be supplied by guest
- It is a MUST that all dog excrement is picked up or an extra cleaning fee will be applied

2.Unless stated, linen is NOT provided (you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels, toiletries and food. Pillows, blankets, washing machine, cooking utensils, etc are provided).
3. Outside of Holiday Seasons, this property has a minimum 2 night stay during the Off Season, and a 3 night minimum stay thereafter. You may stay for less than this, but the minimum rate for season will apply.
4.A non refundable booking fee is included in the price quoted this and your 50% tariff deposit is payable within 7 days of making a booking. The full amount will be payable if arriving within 8 weeks of booking.
5.A Security Deposit in the form of a Credit Card Authorisation sheet is required to be completed and returned to us within 7 days of making your booking. A copy of this will be included in the confirmation email sent to you upon confirming the booking, in the form of a link to our website. Please download this form and return as required.
